• After breakfast our tour guide will meet you and transfer you from your hotel
  to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities which was built in 1902 and it
  exhibits a large number of items and treasures (exceeding 120,000
  masterpieces) dating back to the ancient Egyptian period and Greco-Roman
  period. Among them is also the marvelous collection of the child king Tut
  Ankh Amon.
  After that you will visit the “Coptic Cairo” where you will see the so-called
  “Hanging Church” which is dating back to the 3rd Century AD and was
  dedicated to Virgin Mary. It’s called like this because of its location above the
  gatehouse of the ancient Roman fortress called “Babylon”. It contains 110
  Holy icons depicting beautiful religious scenes.
  Next you will visit “Saint Sergius and Bacchus Church” which is believed
  to have been built on the spot where the holy family rested at the end of their
  journey through Egypt.
  After that you will visit the “Islamic Cairo” and take a walking tour in the
  1000 years old “El Moez” Street which is considered an open air museum.
  There you will see the terrific Islamic buildings which are decorated with
  different patterns and paints.
  You will end your tour with a visit to Khan el Khalili Bazaar which is one of
  Cairo’s main attractions. The district of Khan el Khalili was originally a
  mausoleum called “el Zaafran” for the burial of Fatimid Caliphs, after that it
  became a district for the Turkish community during the Ottoman period and
  now it is a bazaar where you will find many souvenir shops, coffee houses
  serving Arabic coffee and offering Hookah “Shisha” as well as restaurants
  throughout the area.
  After that you will be transferred back to the hotel to stay in Cairo overnight.

After breakfast you will check out of your hotel and you will be transferred to
the Cairo Airport to catch your flight to Hurghada. Upon arrival to
Hurghada, you will be transferred to your hotel to check in and stay there
overnight.

After breakfast you will check out of your hotel and you will be transferred to
the Hurghada Airport to catch your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival to Cairo
you will be transferred to your hotel to check in and stay there overnight.
At 06.00 pm our representative will transfer you by an air conditioned
vehicle to enjoy a Nile River dinner cruise aboard one of the elegant cruise
boat restaurants sailing the world’s longest river. You can expect first-class
service during your evening Nile cruise dinner, sailing past Cairo’s illuminated
skyline while you enjoy your dinner. Following the dinner there will be live
entertainment such as spectacular belly-dancing and oriental show.

After breakfast, you will be transferred by your guide to one of the most
stunning constructions in Cairo “The Citadel of Saladin Al Ayouby”.
It was built in the 12th century to fortify the city of Cairo against the
Crusaders. The citadel was used as the seat of the king and his government in
Egypt for many centuries and many dynasties including the Ayyubids, the
Mamluks and even some Ottomans ruled over Egypt from the Citadel.
You will also visit the Great Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali
Pasha which stands proudly on the highest point inside the courtyard of the
Citadel of Saladin. It is one of the most recognizable landmarks in Cairo with
its beautiful decorations on its walls and its remarkable domes and minarets.
After that you will visit the 3 great architectural buildings near the Citadel.
The first one is “Sultan Hassan Madrasa and Mosque” which is one of
the wonderful monuments in the Islamic world. The terrific architectural
parts of the complex are the cornices, the entrance and the monumental
staircase.
The Second Building is “Al Refaie Mosque” that lies right beside Sultan
Hassan Madrasa. The Mosque was established by Khoshiar, the mother of
Khedive Ismail to be the mausoleum of the royal family. It took 43 years to
build this beautiful sanctuary that combines different Islamic architectural
styles.
After that you will visit the biggest mosque in Egypt – the
Ahmad Ibn Tulun Mosque. You can see the great view of Islamic
Cairo from its minaret.
You will end the tour with taking a break at Al Azhar Park which is located
on a holly site surrounded by the most significant historic districts of Islamic
Cairo. It’s considered as one of the World’s great public spaces. You will
wander around the vast green area while seeing the great Islamic monuments
of Cairo. There are also great restaurants there if you want to have a meal in
front of this great view.
After this trip you will be transferred to your hotel to stay in Cairo overnight.
